After escaping Albania while under a communist regime, Luigi came to America with nothing but determination and hope for a better life. Through hard work and relentless drive, he and his wife built their first restaurant from the ground up—creating not just a business, but a legacy.
Together, they turned sacrifice into success. Though his wife has since passed, her spirit lives on in everything they built. Their first restaurant in Abilene, Texas has now been serving its community for over 20 years, a testament to their vision, resilience, and commitment.
